Kia ora whānau
The last few days have been pretty hairy so we’re hoping you have all come through the cyclone safe and sound. It’s still incredibly blustery out there, and we hope that you and your properties are safe.
We have completed a full walkthrough and assessment of the school site today and we can confirm that we will be opening tomorrow.
There have been a few minor issues, and the Rangatira Walkway is slippery with some debris – we would ask you to avoid it if you can until we can get it sorted.
We will also go ahead with our Meet the Teacher evening on Thursday evening at this stage. If this changes we will advise.
If you are not sending your children to school, please inform the office.
If anything changes overnight, we will let you know by App and Facebook, but fingers crossed; the weather looks like it might be improving. We can’t wait to see our students tomorrow and get stuck back into some learning.
